CREATE Program FP&PS Modification

CREATE Project C3/C4/WA4

Date:   October 1, 2008

The Federal Highway Administration, Illinois Department of Transportation, Chicago Department of Transportation and Association of American Railroads have agreed to modifications to the linked CREATE Project C3/C4/WA4.  In particular, after some design changes, it was determined the WA4 project no longer relied on the infrastructure from the C3 or C4 projects.  As a result, WA4 is no longer considered to be environmentally linked to the C3 or C4 projects.  (C3 and C4 are still environmentally linked.)
