A number of the CREATE projects are railroad improvements.   This work will be managed by the CREATE partner railroads.   While the railroads will do much of this work with their own union forces, they will procure some of the work.  Click here to see a list of the types of work that the railroads expect to contract for CREATE .

When CREATE railroad work is procured, it will be done so directly by the railroads.  Many railroads require prospective suppliers to register on their websites to be notified of upcoming procurements.  Please click the links below to see the information for each railroad about the procurement process, contracting requirements and how to register online (if required).
