Get On Board: November 1, 2023

CREATE’s Get On Board events foster networking for certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and other MBE or WBE businesses with rail-industry contractors specializing in engineering, design and construction. Railroad supplier diversity and procurement professionals will answer questions and provide information during the event. In addition to networking, the event will include relevant workshops about securing work in the rail industry. Certified DBEs, MBE and WBE businesses will have the opportunity to:

• Meet with rail industry prime contractors and procurement experts.
• Learn how to become DBE certified or expand your offerings in the program.
• Learn about bid opportunities related to the CREATE Program.
• Attend a workshop to how to become a certified railroad contractor.
